How To Check-in
You must complete your Guest Registration in person at the LBJ株式会社 Welcome Desk (10AM-7PM) before going to your reserved townhouse.
Before you arrive
Our townhouse homes are private holiday homes rentals located throughout Kyoto City.
There is no front desk or staff at the townhouse holiday homes.

How to complete your LBJ株式会社 Guest Registration
- Prepare Your Passports Our staff will take a copy of all guests' passports .
- Fill in a Registration Card 1 Guest (reservation representative) will fill in 1 registration card for the entire group.
- Payment for the Kyoto City Accommodation Tax All guests must complete payment for the accommodation tax. The accommodation tax is required by Kyoto city.
- Receive your Townhouse Door Code (Keypad Code) You will not be able to enter the house without your Townhouse Door Code.
- Townhouse Check-in (3PM~) After you have completed your registration, you may enter your townhouse after 3PM~ .
Open the door using your Townhouse Door Code (Keypad Code).
House Check-in Time : 3PM~ , but may vary depending on your reserved accommodation plan.
If you will require a late check-in (after 7PM), please note that you must contact our staff in advance at info1@example.com .
Luggage Delivery (10AM~3PM)
Luggage Delivery on your Check-in & Check-out Date
Coin lockers at Kyoto Station can cost between up to 1,000 yen per locker to store large suitcases, and other delivery services can cost up to 1,000 yen per luggage & require you to be available at your accommodation to receive the suitcase.
Arrive at the LBJ株式会社 Welcome Desk between 10AM ~ 3PM, and We will deliver your luggage directly to your townhouse for a small fee.
As we'll be able to deliver your luggage straight to your house, you can start exploring Kyoto hassle free!
(You won't need to be at the house to receive your luggage, as we'll place it inside of the townhouse)
